Terms and Conditions for Lago Valle Wine Glamping

Welcome to Lago Valle Wine Glamping! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and property. By booking a stay or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Reservations and Payments
1.1 Booking Process: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. 1.2 Payment Methods: We accept all payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified. 1.3 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur fees. Refund policies may vary by booking channel.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Check-In Time: 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. 2.2 Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to approval and additional fees.
3. Property Rules
3.1 Guest Conduct: Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund. 3.2 Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its amenities during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements. 3.3 Smoking and Pets: Smoking is allowed on the property. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, except for service animals with prior approval.

Lago Valle Wine Glamping is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during your stay. 5.2 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. 5.3 Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold Lago Valle Wine Glamping harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their stay or use of our services.
6. Booking Modifications
6.1 Changes to Reservations: Guests may request changes to their booking up to 7 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and applicable fees. 6.2 Upgrades: Upgrades to accommodations may be available upon request for an additional fee.
